The terms of business are an agreement between "you", the customer, and "we" – Inner Circle Inc.

Based on information provided to Inner Circle Inc during the registration and payment process, Inner Circle Inc has determined that you are to be billed in advance by Inner Circle Inc for the subscription offered by Inner Circle Inc. Before the subscription is made available to your use, you must accept the terms of business as presented, or the agreement shall terminate. Payments shall be made by any methods or payment processor as available on Inner Circle website, FootballBettingTip.co.uk. Inner Circle Inc is not responsible for any payments made not directly linked to a subscription.

By subscribing to The Inner Circle Inc, customer is included for Inner Circle Picks dissemination and gets an access to the affiliate login area, secured by login name and password. This dissemination contains information related to sports betting prognostication. Inner Circle Inc publishes at least 20 predicted matches per one calendar month.

Inner Circle Inc provides its customers with alerts about new information through email and SMS messages. The messages are provided with no guarantee of delivery, though, as there are third parties included in the process. Customer understands that it is not technically possible to ensure the delivery by Inner Circle Picks. New information notifications are provided free of charge by Inner Circle Inc voluntarily and the notification service can be stopped at any time.

Any information made available by Inner Circle Inc is for your information only and anyone deciding to bet upon our opinion does so at their own risk. Inner Circle Inc cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss for the customer whatsoever, either direct or indirect. This includes losses based fully or partly on the advice and products of Inner Circle Inc.

Inner Circle Inc is not responsible for any losses customers incur as a result of using this information for gambling or wagering. The customer is responsible for complying with his local laws to avoid breaking the laws in his country.

The Inner Circle Inc is a subscription service which is prepaid by one of the payment methods described at on our websites. We will continue to send you our betting advice right through to the end of your subscription period. If you decide to prolong the subscription period, your subscription is subject to the new relationship with Inner Circle Inc in means of actual price and terms of conditions applied.

Inner Circle Inc can cancel subscription and product purchases at any given time, without prior notice or reason for the cancellation. Cancellation can be caused by, but not limited to, failure to comply with Inner Circle Inc terms of business, third party sanctions, and/or changes in the industry. In the event of cancellation on the part of Inner Circle Inc, the customer will get a refund on the remaining amounts minus expenses. Inner Circle Inc cannot be held responsible nor liable to any losses, directly or indirectly linked to the cancellation. The payment set forward for each subscription does not include any sales, use, excise, value-added or any other and/or similar taxes, which taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In case customer resides in European Union, he can be charged for value added tax or other eventual taxes. In that case, customer is informed in advance that this tax will be required.

You must be aged 18 or over to use our services.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The changes take effect once updated at Inner Circle Inc website.

The customer must at all times comply with existing laws, rules and regulations insofar as relevant, directly or indirectly, to the use of any service and in the relationship with Inner Circle Inc.

Affiliate Program (Applicable only to Affiliates)

Subscription to the Inner Circle automatically qualifies you as an affiliate for the affiliate program. If you decide to take up the offer, you agree to the following terms:

1.	Joining the Program By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.

2.	Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: • Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities • Violation of intellectual property rights.

3.	Affiliate Links You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4.	Affiliate Tracking When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

5.	Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. Discontinuing your Inner Circle subscription automatically terminates your affiliate account. Affiliate commissions will no longer accrue to you from the point your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6.	Liability We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
